Our Process is simple:.

Owner Process:

1. Meeting - Determine goals, Review competing Property prices (Comps), Pricing of the Property, Is the property rent ready?,
2. Complete a Property Management contract and listing contract along with other disclosures, Fund Trust Account with check, cashiers check or money order with Olivia McClellan, Property Manager Triple8 Associates Inc.
3. Enter Listing in the Las Vegas MLS
4. Install Electronic Lockbox
5. Start Marketing Program - (Creative is generated at property which may include: photos, video, audio, slide shows or other multimedia)
6. Match current leads to new listing
7. Communicate with Owner on Progress based on traffic.

Rental Process:

1. Contact Triple8 about a potential property we have listed.
2. Arrange an appointment to view property. (some properties have current tenants and we need to give them notice to show)
3. Arrange to meet at our offices to fill out an application ($45 per adult) and drop off deposit in the form of cashiers check or money order. (personal checks or cash will not be accepted)
4. Application is processed and will be sent to owner of the property and reviewed. If accepted the owner will counter-sign and we can schedule a move in date.
5. Move-in Day - receive keys, any remotes, pool keys, gate keys to property and fill out a move-in inspection. Review CCRs and Questions + Deliver move in funds in cashiers check or money order (personal checks or cash will not be accepted)
